Students at a university or technical college can bring their studies to a successful conclusion in our company with a practice-orientated final examination thesis (Diploma / Masters / Bachelor).

Work Placement

In our company, a work placement is more than just “looking over someone’s shoulder”. For this reason, you should take at least 3 months, or, even better, 6 months, for a work placement. Independent and challenging project work as well as active involvement in the day-to-day operative business are the “rule” for us rather than the exception.

Work placements can principally be carried out in the following company departments:

• Production / Manufacturing
• Development / Engineering / Project Management
• Purchasing
• Logistics
• Quality Management
• Finance and Controlling
• Personnel Management
• Work Safety and Environmental Protection
• IT/EDP

Please send your written application in the customary form along with copies of the four most recent certificates marked “Work placement” to our Personnel Management department.


Final Examination Thesis

A successfully completed final examination thesis can already be the starting point for a career in our company, whether it deals with our suggested topics or with a practice-related topic which you develop with us.

After individual arrangement with us, you can start a final examination thesis within the framework of the following courses of study:

• Diploma in/Master/Bachelor of Engineering
• Diploma in/Master/Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
• Diploma in/Master/Bachelor of Business
• Diploma in/Master/Bachelor in Business Administration

A final examination thesis with us generally takes 6 months. Please discuss the details of the final examination thesis with us and your university or technical college.
